Furrawn Press began with a bookmaking residency inside a shed in June 2017 (Toronto, Canada). Since then we have released 7 titles, hosted several book launches and exhibited in Detroit’s and Toronto’s Art Book Fairs.

We’re interested in creating feminist content, and finding value in emotion.

We apply a collaborative based platform to all of our publishing projects.

We see ourselves as a host that helps guest artists realize their publications by assisting them in the production process.

We have no fixed space, our studio is mobile and adaptable.

We are excited to begin our new project, Bookmaking Through Herstory, starting September 13th, at Richview Library in Etobicoke. Click here for more information!

Furrawn Press is run by Tetyana Herych.
